Had a call from Ashley, one month sober. she was struggling with loneliness and just overwhelmed. She has a sponsor ( sponsor was not available for her call) and attends daily meetings. We talked about the fact that AA is a program with no judgement and she expressed her gratitude for it.
chatted for 20 minutes and she said she felt better.
